ELLI is now providing at least two (2) opportunities each year to attend a Live Training Event. This opportunity is dedicated to those motivated enough and have the desire to advance in design knowledge and skill proficiencies. The benefit to this program offering is rapid learning.
The Live Training experience is an immersive one, where participants are heavily involved over long days that include nighttime training. ELLI is calling these training events, “Designer’s Workshops” or “Designer’s Collective Workshops”. Much can be gained during these events (2 to 5 day period). ELLI will provide several hands-on training exercises to ensure skills development.
All Live Training Events come at a cost (Pay-to-Play) depending on the number of days one must spend at a training site.
ELLI is currently establishing two different locations within the USA to host the following:
Design Workshop 1 (June 16 – June 18, 2025)
Designer’s Collective Workshop (October 13 – October 17, 2025)

ELLI had its first Live Training Event in January 2025 that was hosted in San Diego, CA. It was a “Designer’s Collective Workshop” shared with Nate Mullen of Lifetime Lighting Systems. We had 15 total attendees (we completely filled the event).
